Sofia Rotaru’s family is selling real estate in Crimea, KP writes. Producer Alina Sagina told reporters that the artist owned two apartments, and one had already found a new owner. In addition, the hotel in the center of Yalta was previously issued to the sole heir of Rotaru, and now it is also for sale.

A potential buyer offered about 750 million rubles for the hotel but was refused. Instead, Evdokimenko insists on a price of 2.5 billion rubles. Sagina considered this amount inadequate, but Ruslan does not intend to concede: “Let them pay for the mother’s name.”

At the same time, Rotaru does not want to get rid of the Crimean dacha because of warm memories; she spent her youth there with Anatoly Evdokimenko.
